Founded in 1999 PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, our firm, is a loss adjusting firm providing prime services for the insurance industry to cater to their demands for more technical expertise and experience in loss adjusting and surveying fields.

In 2009 we started to have an association with Dolphin Maritime and Aviation Services Limited (UK) and Claims Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd and have then been appointed as a survey agent in Indonesia. Dolphin, who also performs as our Technical Advisor, is an independent specialist cargo claims company, handling all aspects of marine, aviation & inland transport claims, and providing advice and assistance with loss prevention, policy coverage, claims settling, recovery & casualty claims (including general average & salvage) for clients worldwide.

We have also established cooperation with WEST INDIES CHARTERED LOSS ADJUSTER (WICLA) which founded by Mr. David L. Merriott, BA (Hons), FCII, FCILA. David has over 25 years’ experience within the insurance industry, with more than 21 years as a Loss Adjuster and has been an International Loss Adjuster since 1999. WICLA performs as our Technical Advisor, handling all aspects in Non Marine / Property, Engineering and Casualty Claims.

We have been maintaining good relationships with our clients and keeping up with business developments with an open mind in accepting any positive change and alternative solutions for the growth of our firm.
